common questions
Quick answers to the most common things people ask.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We usually reply within 24–48 hours during the winter season.
Do you offer private lessons and guiding?
Yes. We can help connect you with suitable instructors and guiding options.
Do you provide equipment?
No, we do not offer ski or snowboard rental equipment.
For guiding experiences, we do have a limited number of avalanche safety kits available for rent, including transceivers (beacons), shovels and probes. Equipment availability is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If you require safety equipment for a guided day, please mention it in your enquiry and we will advise you on the available options.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Lessons operate in most weather conditions and will run as scheduled as long as the resort has lifts operating and conditions are considered safe.
For guiding activities, plans may occasionally need to be adjusted if access to the gates or specific terrain is restricted due to weather, avalanche risk, or resort closures. In some cases, and subject to availability, it may be possible to reschedule for another day. However, this cannot be guaranteed, and alternative options will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Our priority is always safety while making the most of the conditions available on the day.
