Located just above the Hanazono #3 lift, this lower-altitude gate offers mellow open powder lines, well-spaced trees, and a series of gentle gullies that add flow and variation to the terrain. It’s perfect for early tracks on storm days and serves as an easy, confidence-building introduction to backcountry freeriding in the Hanazono area.

Perfect for first tracks and quick on-station powder laps. Staying close to the lift line gives the easiest and fastest return, making it ideal for stacking multiple runs in good conditions.

how to get in/out

A short one-minute hike above the Hanazono #3 top station provides access, with early exits returning toward the Hanazono #3 base and lower exits requiring a 15 min hike back to the resort via the cat track.
