gate overview

Located just below the Jumbo Pair Lift #3 loading station, this gate provides quick access to low-angle freeride terrain with open glades, smooth fall-line transitions, and forgiving terrain. A popular option for playful riding and storm-day laps.

Terrain features

Well-spaced gladed trees, subtle rollers, flowing fall-line terrain, and natural half-pipe gullies that collect soft snow. Limited visual landmarks make the boundary rope line an important navigation reference, with exposed creek sections possible early season.

Expert tips

Be prepared for long traverses after the drop, as the exit line often flattens out. Certain sections may become non-skiable, requiring skating or short pushes to reconnect with the return route.

how to get in/out

Accessed from the bottom of Annupuri’s Jumbo Pair Lift #3 by following the boundary line skier’s right. The terrain naturally funnels back toward the lower Annupuri base area, reconnecting with the resort.
